On the Arts Circuit: National Endowment for the Arts Chairman John E. Frohnmayer is scheduled to spend portions of three days this week in Los Angeles, highlighted by a Thursday evening public meeting with members of the Southern California arts community. The event, scheduled to begin at the Ivar Theatre in Hollywood, is sponsored by the California Confederation of the Arts, the Los Angeles Arts Democratic Club and the National Campaign for Freedom of Expression. Frohnmayer is also scheduled to make a Town Hall speech Wednesday afternoon at the Biltmore Hotel and to address a conference on museum arts education technology Friday morning at the Hilton Hotel.
