Bruce Lloyd, a management consultant, has been named general manager of the Laguna Festival of the Arts, a job that has been vacant for nearly a decade, festival officials say. Lloyd, 56, previously was general manager of the private University Club of Los Angeles and the Waialae Country Club of Honolulu. He will start work later this month. The annual art fair presents the Pageant of the Masters, where models pose as famous artworks.
