Merger on Hold: Ingram Micro, the Santa Ana-based computer distributor with $1.45 billion in sales last year, has canceled a previously negotiated agreement to acquire a stake in an Australia-based distribution company called Imagineering Technology Ltd.
The companies are renegotiating a merger agreement based on additional information acquired during Ingram Micro’s financial review of the Sidney, Australia, firm.
