FMR Corp. Cuts Stake in House of Fabrics
FMR Corp., the Boston holding company for the Fidelity group of mutual funds, said it sold 78,700 shares of House of Fabrics stock, lowering its stake to 11.6%, according to a filing with the federal Securities and Exchange Commission.
FMR sold the shares from Jan. 2 to Jan. 16 at prices ranging from $28.05 to $30 a share, the filing stated. House of Fabrics, based in Sherman Oaks, operates the nation’s largest chain of fabric and sewing stores.
