NAMES IN THE GAMES

Drazen Petrovic is happy to have more playing time now that he’s with the New Jersey Nets and is pleased that the Trail Blazers traded him, but he has one regret.

“Blazer One,” Petrovic said. “I miss Blazer One.”

The Blazers fly to their road games in a leased luxury airplane. The Nets do not have their own airplane.

“We played against the Lakers the day I got to New Jersey,” Petrovic said. “I played more than I thought I would in that game. I was really tired that day. Then we left on a six-game road trip. A lot of early morning flights. It’s been rough.”
