Bagpipe Music

A Gulf War photo (Feb. 15) shows a British Fusilier sergeant strolling the perimeter of a prisoner-of-war camp while he plays the bagpipes. Surely that must be against the Geneva Convention rules in regard to the humane treatment of POWs.

I was under the impression that the allies were treating POWs according to the Geneva Convention rules. The photograph of the bagpiper proves otherwise--unless, of course, the prisoners are already deaf!
