HOOD ORNAMENTS: Isn’t it funny how rock managers and promoters make great gangsters? Last year we saw ex-Michael Jackson manager Frank Dileo as a hoodlum hitman in Martin Scorsese’s “GoodFellas.” Now rock promoter Bill Graham is strapping on a tommy gun. After playing himself in Oliver Stone’s “The Doors,” Graham has just finished filming a role as gangster Lucky Luciano in Barry Levinson’s upcoming “Bugsy.” The film, which stars Warren Beatty as gangland legend Bugsy Siegel, is due later this year from Tri-Star Pictures.
