Miller Shifts Big Ad Account: The advertising agency that launched the “Tastes Great, Less Filling” debate that made Miller Lite the nation’s best-selling light beer has lost the $100-million account after 20 years. Milwaukee-based Miller Brewing Co. is transferring the account from Saatchi & Saatchi’s Backer Spielvogel Bates agency in New York to Leo Burnett in Chicago. Backer will continue to create ads for the Miller Genuine Draft and Genuine Draft Light brands.
