MISSION VIEJO : Man Robs Bank, Escapes on Foot
A man with shoulder-length brown hair robbed the Glendale Federal Savings Bank on Crown Valley Parkway of an undisclosed amount of cash Wednesday afternoon and then escaped on foot, the Sheriff’s Department said.
The suspect, described as about 28, having a slender build and standing about 6 feet, 2 inches, entered the bank in the 26900 block of the parkway just before 1 p.m. and handed a teller a note demanding money, said Lt. Richard J. Olson. No one was hurt during the robbery and no escape vehicle was seen, Olson said.
