ST. PATRICK’S DAY PARADE
The third annual Ventura St. Patrick’s Day Parade and Celebration begins at 11 a.m. today. The parade will feature Seabees who have recently returned from the Persian Gulf as well as the traditional floats, bands and Irish dancers.
