THE RAP SHEET: So far hip-hop music has never cut it as live music, but that hasn’t stopped Jive Records from putting out what it’s billed as the first all-live rap album. Called “Live Hardcore Worldwide,” it features more than 20 songs performed by Boogie Down Productions at various concert settings in New York, London and Paris. . . . Ice-T, hot on the heels of his co-starring role in “New Jack City,” has a new album due out May 14 called “O.G.” (for “original gangster”). Don’t be surprised to see a parental-warning sticker on its cover. The song selection includes “Home of the Body Bag,” “Evil E . . . What About Sex,” “Body Count,” “Fried Chicken” and “New Jack Hustler.” . . . And after releasing only one album through its new label deal at MCA Records, the SOUL Records team of Hank Shocklee and Bill Stephney has split up. Citing personality differences, Stephney is leaving to start his own company while Shocklee remains running SOUL.
