NATION IN BRIEF : MINNESOTA : 13 Postal Workers Face Drug Charges

The arrests of 13 workers in Minneapolis’ main post office on drug charges show that the government will not tolerate drug use in its workplace, authorities said. Authorities have accused the 12 mail handlers and one postal clerk of using drugs on the job or selling drugs, including marijuana, cocaine and methamphetamine, to other employees. A U.S. magistrate set bail for each defendant at $5,000 unsecured bond and set their arraignments for Monday.
