SOUTH KOREA: The government said indirect trade between South and North Korea has risen rapidly this year. The Seoul-based National Unification Board said South Korea imported through third countries North Korean products worth $29.01 million in the first three months of 1991, compared to $20.88 million in goods during all of 1990. South Korean products indirectly exported to North Korea during the first quarter of 1991 amounted to $10.19 million, more than twice as much as the $4.73 million in indirect sales in all of 1990, the board said.
