Peaks and Valleys: It will be hard to find a “Give Peaks a Chance” bumper sticker around ABC News. Staffers on “PrimeTime Live,” which now follows “Twin Peaks” on ABC’s Thursday-night schedule, were complaining last week about what the show was doing to their ratings at 10 p.m. Two weeks ago, “Twin Peaks” got a 6.2 national Nielsen rating and a 10% audience share at 9 p.m. “PrimeTime,” which had been scoring 11 ratings off and on recently, fell to an 8.6 rating and 16% two weeks ago. This past Thursday, “Peaks” climbed to a 6.3/10, but “Live” spun out at a 7.6/13.
