USC has signed forward Lorenzo Orr and guard-forward Tim Vanltvelt, both from Michigan, to letters of intent for the 1990-91 season.
The 6-foot-7 Orr averaged 25 points and 12 rebounds in his senior season at Pershing High in Detroit. He originally signed with USC in the fall of 1989 but did not meet admission requirements and did not attend school last year.
The 6-5 Vanltvelt, who will enter USC as a junior, led Mott Junior College in Flint, Mich., to a 27-6 record last season, averaging 15 points and five rebounds.
