‘Babies’ In: “Sugar Babies II,” with Jerry Lewis and Rip Taylor, will replace “Meet Me in St. Louis” in the Los Angeles Civic Light Opera season. It’s a reworking of the high-profile burlesque show that starred Mickey Rooney several seasons back. Previews are scheduled to begin July 30 at the Pantages Theatre in Hollywood.
