Race Will Benefit Cancer Treatment

Eight boats from the ULDB 70 Assn. will compete in the third annual American Cancer Society Cup Invitational Sunday at Long Beach to raise money for treatment of children’s cancer.

Patients from ages 5-17 will be honorary skippers, watching from an 80-foot power yacht. Guests may serve as on-board crew members for donations of $100 or more. A donation of $50 gets a spot on a spectator boat. Details, (213) 437-0791.
