Happy Camper

I really enjoyed the piece by Michelle Huneven entitled “Cooking With a Happy Camper” (April 25). It was an enjoyable piece of writing--she captured exactly the feeling of past camping trips I’ve taken. Also, the food ideas were very good suggestions. My thanks for the collection of camping recipes.
