KCAL Signs Raiders: Raiders exhibition telecasts will return to KCAL Channel 9 this summer after a year’s absence. KCAL will air games against the Miami Dolphins (Aug. 3), Houston Oilers (Aug. 15) and San Diego Chargers (Aug. 23) live. Delayed telecasts are set for the July 27 game against the San Francisco 49ers and Aug. 10 against the Chicago Bears. Cable’s Prime Ticket carried last season’s exhibition games.
