Challenge to Proposition 13

I am extremely grateful to tax maverick Stephanie Nordlinger. I am 64; it took me 61 years to save enough money to qualify for a loan to buy my condo. I, too, pay $1,800 in taxes, with my neighbors paying not over one-third of that. Some value! How can that not be unconstitutional? When I retire next year I will be struggling with mortgage payments. I pray for a fair outcome.
