California Schemin’: Michelle Phillips is seeking a court order forbidding a self-proclaimed producer from telling people he’s organizing a film project based on her book “California Dreamin.” Phillips also wants George Miller to stop declaring he purportedly had a romantic relationship with her. The “Knots Landing” actress and former member of the Mamas & the Papas recently filed a petition in Los Angeles Superior Court. A hearing is scheduled July 24.
