Former heavyweight champion Larry Holmes has sued LBA Associates Inc. and Bob Rey, both of Newport Beach, Calif., and Jason Schlessinger of Lakewood, Calif., the promoters of his first comeback bout. Holmes alleges that they reneged on their agreement.
