Glendale : 3 More May Go Year-Round
Three more Glendale elementary schools are being considered for year-round education because of increased enrollment, district officials said.
A report to the Board of Education Tuesday said Edison and Muir could go year-round in 1992 and R.D. White the following academic year.
District officials said they expect Muir’s enrollment to reach 1,089 during the 1992-1993 academic year. In the same year, enrollment at R.D. White is projected to reach 922 and Edison 847. Six other elementary schools in the district are now on year-round schedules.
