HBO’s New Projects: Flushed with the success of “The Josephine Baker Story,” which won five Emmy Awards, HBO announced three new film productions Wednesday. Sissy Spacek will star in “Miss Sherri,” a true story about a woman who sought an abortion after inadvertently using the drug Thalidomide. James Woods is set for “Citizen Cohn,” the biography of controversial lawyer Roy Cohn, and Jon Voight and Graham Greene will headline “Ishi,” called a tragic tale of the last wild American Indian.
