A Farewell to the Humor of Seuss
As I read the thoughtful eulogy to Theodor Geisel (“Our Imaginations Ran Loose in the Wonderful World of Dr. Seuss,” Sept. 26), tears streamed down my face as once again my children and grandchildren sat beside me and we ventured into the marvelous make-believe world that he created.
I give much credit to Dr. Seuss for the sense of humor that has blessed my children and their children. I feel certain that those who share my sentiments may be counted in the millions.
