The Message of ‘In Love and In Danger’

I found your article on the teen victims of dating abuse disturbing, to say the least. Unfortunately, abuse of women is a common occurrence in a society that portrays women as objects.

At a time when the media continues to objectify women by portraying them as toys for the amusement of men, I am surprised that people are shocked that this problem exists.

What can we expect? After all, it’s a lot easier to violate an object than it is to violate a human being.
