Master’s Soccer Team Seeded 11th in NAIA Tournament Field
The Master’s College men’s soccer team is seeded No. 11 in the 12-team NAIA championship tournament next week at Patch Reef Park in Boca Raton, Fla.
Master’s won the NAIA Area 2 championship with a 1-0 victory over Westmont on Saturday.
Ten of the teams are NAIA area champions and two were selected as at-large entries by the NAIA Men’s Soccer Coaches Assn.
The teams are divided into four pools and will play in a round-robin format Nov. 25-27. Master’s (12-9-1) will play its first match at 3 p.m. Monday against second-seeded Rockhurst, Mo. (22-1-0). Master’s will play seventh-seeded Alderson-Broaddus W. Va. (17-4-2), the following day at 3 p.m.
The semifinals will be Nov. 29 and the championship match will be played Nov. 30 at 9 a.m.
