Warner Bros. to Supply TV Programs to Consortium: Warner Bros. said it would supply 44 hours of TV programming to a new fifth TV network set to debut on an ad-hoc consortium of independent stations Jan. 23, 1993. Twenty hours each of two new adventure drama series, “Kung Fu: The Legend Continues” and “Time Trax,” have been ordered by a consortium led by KCOP-TV in Los Angeles and WWOR-TV in New York. Officials of Burbank-based Warner Bros. said the total production costs were about $33 million.
