Naming Names: Robert F. Lewine, a past president of the Television Academy and a former vice president of programming at three networks, has been selected to receive the first Syd Cassyd Founder’s Award, presented by the Academy of Television Arts & Sciences. Lewine, being honored for distinguished service to the academy, will receive the award during a private ceremony and then again during the 44th annual Primetime Emmy Awards telecast next year. . . . John Terenzio, who has been executive producer of the weekend editions of “NBC Nightly News,” is the new executive producer of the syndicated “A Current Affair” series. He succeeds Anthea Disney, who left to become editor of TV Guide. . . . Today is being proclaimed “Paul Rodriguez Day” in Los Angeles in recognition of the comic-actor’s charitable efforts and his positive example for aspiring talent. Rodriguez hosts an entertainment talk show for Univision Network and on Sunday night will present a docu-comedy special, “Paul Rodriguez: Crossing Gang Lines” on Fox TV.
