STILL TALKING: Former Sen. Gary Hart (D-Colo.) is coming to Orange County next week, for business, not politics. Hart may be most remembered for his fall from grace running for President. But since the Donna Rice debacle in 1988, he has kept busy. He represents major corporations abroad and has written a book: “Russia Shakes the World.” . . . Hart speaks at UCI Tuesday on democracy in the Soviet Union.
