San Diego
Two suspects were being questioned in connection with the stabbing death of a 33-year-old man in downtown San Diego, police said Tuesday.
Anthony E. Justice was found stabbed to death on the sidewalk at 12th Avenue and G Street about 8 p.m. Monday, police spokesman Bill Robinson said. Justice had suffered at least one stab wound to his upper torso.
Witnesses to the stabbing provided police with descriptions of two men who fled on foot from the scene, Robinson said.
Two men and a woman found nearby were taken into police custody for questioning, Robinson said.
