Coldwell Banker Names Residential Group Chief
MISSION VIEJO — Robert J. Arrigoni, general manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage since 1985, has been promoted to the newly created position of president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Group subsidiary.
The residential brokerage unit oversees Coldwell Banker’s 500 company-owned real estate offices in the United States.
Arrigoni joined Coldwell Banker in 1983 as president of the company’s Northern California operations and was promoted to senior vice president of the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage division’s western states operation that same year.
In 1985 he was selected senior vice president and general sales manager of Coldwell Banker Residential Group and made responsible for the company-owned offices.
In announcing Arrigoni’s promotion--part of a management realignment begun last year--Coldwell Banker Residential Group Chairman Chandler B. Barton said the company plans to add 50 new company-owned offices in 1992.
Arrigoni is one of three divisional presidents in the Mission Viejo-based Coldwell Banker Residential Group.
Arrigoni and Robert Rist, president of Coldwell Banker Residential Affiliates, which oversees operations of the company’s 1,400 franchise operations, report to Greg Campbell, residential group executive vice president. Steve Roney, president of Coldwell Banker Relocation Services, reports directly to Barton.
