Coe Leads at Hawaii

WAILEA, Hawaii — Canadian Dawn Coe birdied the final two holes Friday to take a one-stroke lead after three rounds of the Women’s Kemper Open.
Coe, who started the day in a six-way tie for first place, shot 69 at the par-72 Blue Course at Maui’s Wailea resort. She is at nine-under-par at 207.
Seeking her first victory in nine years on the LPGA Tour, Coe took the lead early with birdie putts of five feet at the second hole and 12 feet at the fourth.
