* * 1/2 Majek Fashek, “Spirit of Love,” Interscope. On paper, the combination of the Nigerian reggae star and former E Street habitue Little Steven is an international delight. But too often this album merely highlights Fashek’s Bob Marley worship and sound-alike voice. He writes with character, depth and fire, but fails to stake out his own territory.
