OPEC Output Dips Slightly: OPEC’s oil production fell only slightly last month, leaving the cartel far above its target for reducing a market glut and propping up prices, the Middle East Economic Survey said. The oil weekly, published in Nicosia, Cyprus, estimated that the members of the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries produced 24.29 million barrels a day in February, down from 24.48 million in January. That is significantly above the ceiling of 23.1 million barrels that OPEC’s 13 members agreed on in mid-February.
