LOW-KEY: Mexico’s First Lady Cecilia Occelli de Salinas wants no fuss on her trip this morning to Santa Ana’s high-tech Century High School. “She simply wants to tour the classrooms and visit with students,” says Santa Ana Unified’s Diane Thomas. Mexican officials say Salinas chose Century because 85% of its students are Latino and because of its extensive use of computers and other technology.
