CHULA VISTA : Gang Confrontation Ends in Shooting
A 19-year-old Chula Vista man was shot early Saturday during what police described as a confrontation between two rival gangs.
Officers said four men were sitting in their car on Ota Valley Road when several men from a reportedly rival gang approached the vehicle. After a short exchange, one of the men outside the car opened fire and then fled the scene in another vehicle.
