The New Show Factor: CBS will premiere “The Human Factor,” a new drama starring John Mahoney, on April 16 at 10 p.m. The series, about a doctor and his medical school students, is from Dick Wolf, executive producer of NBC’s “Law & Order.” The show will run for eight weeks as a spring replacement series for “Knots Landing.”
