Former Dodger Tim Belcher gave up two hits in six innings as the Cincinnati Reds beat the Philadelphia Phillies, 4-1, in Clearwater, Fla. Belcher struck out five and walked two.
Bill White will end his tenure as president of the National League on March 31, 1993 when his term expires, the league confirmed.
