Passenger Dies in Crash
Foai Tumama of National City was killed Monday in a car accident on California 54 near Briarwood Road in San Diego, the CHP reported.
Tumama was one of three passengers in a car whose driver apparently blacked out from a diabetic coma and swerved into an oncoming car before striking a guardrail, California Highway Patrol officials said.
