KNOTT SO FIERY: Knott’s Berry Farm also has a new attraction, but it’s chosen a more sedate approach than Disney. Knott’s will open in June its “Indian Trails,” a series of authentic-looking Indian villages with arts and crafts demonstrations, such as canoe carving. . . . “Come see Native Americans return to the land, celebrate the environment,” says spokesman Stuart Zanville, who predicts Knott’s approach will pay off in the battle of the theme parks: “It’s our summer.”
