Open Forum: Actress Christine Lahti, actor Gregory Harrison and director Martha Coolidge (“Rambling Rose”) will be part of a panel examining “Sexual Harassment in the Entertainment Industry: What It Is and What to Do About It” Monday from 7 to 10 p.m. at the Directors Guild Theater. The Women’s Committees of the Screen Actors Guild and Directors Guild of America are sponsoring the free seminar, open to all members of the industry.
