It’s Bat Night: For fans who just can’t wait, Warner Bros. unveils its much anticipated “Batman Returns” in special screenings at 1,000 theaters nationwide tonight. Nearly 100 theaters in Southern California will show the film, a sequel to the 1989 “Batman,” the sixth-highest domestic grossing film of all time. Los Angeles theaters include Mann’s Chinese in Hollywood, Mann’s Village in Westwood and the AMC Century City 14. On Friday, the movie opens its regular run in 2,600 locations.
