Diodes Inc. Reaches Marketing Agreement

Diodes Inc., a semiconductor maker in Chatsworth, said it reached a marketing agreement with ITT Semiconductor, a German-based unit of ITT Corp.

Under the deal, Diodes will distribute some of ITT’s semiconductors in North America at least through the end of 1994. The components involved include transistors, rectifiers and diodes.

The pact “is an important step in our plan to continue Diodes’ sales growth,” Diodes Chairman Thomas Hurley said in a statement.
