Memorial services for Paul M. Gassaway, 43, of Ventura will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at the Ted Mayr Funeral Home in Ventura.
Until his recent retirement, Gassaway was president of Anchor Pad International, a Ventura-based company that designs, manufactures and distributes office security equipment.
Gassaway died at home June 21.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to AIDS Care Inc., P.O. Box 24381, Ventura 93002.
