Bush Vetoes Motor-Voter Bill
President Bush was right to veto the “motor-voter registration bill.” The bill was unfairly skewed to register Democrats. To make the legislation fair to Republicans, voters should be automatically registered whenever they join a country club, purchase a luxury car, or lay off four or five unnecessary employees.
