UCLA Bound: Sir Ian McKellen and the Royal National Theatre of Great Britain will perform Shakespeare’s “Richard III” Sept. 17 at UCLA, and the proceeds will be used to establish the Sir Ian McKellen student scholarship in acting at the Westwood campus. The performance will be preceded by a dinner at Royce Hall, where Jack Lemmon will make a special presentation to McKellen.
