ICN Pharmaceutical has filled several senior management positions in its ranks and at subsidiaries that came open after Chairman Milan Panic became prime minister of Yugoslavia.
Panic will retain his title as chairman of the Irvine-based firm. No information was available on whether Panic will some day return full time to the company.
Adam Jerney will take Panic’s position as president and chief executive of ICN Pharmaceutical. He is the president and chief operating officer of SPI Pharmaceuticals, where he will also become chief executive.
ICN Biomedicals’ Vice Chairman Fred Andrea will take Panic’s position as chief executive at the company. Richard Fallis, senior vice president of operations, is the new president and chief operating officer.
