JACK’S BACK: It hasn’t been an ideal summer for Los Angeles Laker Jack Haley: knee surgery a few weeks ago could force him to miss the entire 1992-93 season. But Haley won’t let it interfere with his basketball camp, starting Monday at his alma mater, Golden West College in Huntington Beach. . . . “He’ll come in all wrapped up, and other coaches will be helping out, but Jack says he wouldn’t think of letting this stop him,” a campus spokeswoman said. The camp is for boys and girls through high school.
