DIFFERENT SOUND: For the Rams’ preseason opener against the Seahawks in Seattle tonight at 6, KCBS-TV (Channel 2) will add something new--a Spanish simulcast--to its live coverage (C5). It will do the same for the Aug. 27 Rams exhibition game in San Diego against the Chargers. . . . The Spanish broadcast can be heard through the SAP feature available on most contemporary TV sets.
